We check our products one by one before we pack and ship to make sure they are all what you ordered, to make sure the quantity and in good condition.
We provide 3 months international warranty. You can get free exchange or repairing service within this period since you paid. We are responsible for all the charges and fees caused by exchange or repairing service.You must tell us what the defect is and give us your order number. Deaflon does not offer replacement or repair service with an expired warranty.
Return/Refund
1. You have 7 days to contact us and 30 days to return it from the date it was received.
If this item is in your possession more than 7 days, it is considered used and we can not refund or send replacement.
Shipping cost is bear by both seller and buyer in half.
2. All returned items MUST BE in the original packaging and you shoud provide us with the shipping tracking number and specific reason for the return.
Customs Tax & Duty
1. As long as item location is China ( Except for the United States ), all the parcels bound to target countries subject to tax&duty. For specific tariff, please kindly contact local customs house for details. All tax&duty are at buyer's expense.
2. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
3. When parcel arrives at inbound country customs house, buyer is liable to clear cargos according to customs staff requirement within certain period. The clearance period is determined by local customs and not included in estimated shipping time.
