◆ Necessity of soldering iron cleaning cotton:
The soldering iron head should be heated before each welding, and the soldering interval should also be air-heated, so that an oxide layer appears on the surface of the solder remaining on the soldering iron head. In addition, residual flux (such as rosin or vaseline) will also become carbon deposits and dirt attached to the surface of the soldering iron head. If not removed, they will reduce the mechanical strength, electrical contact performance and finish of the welding during the welding process, which directly affects the welding quality. In order to ensure the quality of the solder, you must use a cleaning block to wipe these dirt off before melting the solder.
◆ Use method introduction:
First let the cleansing block soak in water, squeeze some with your hands, and retain about 70% of the moisture. Hold the soldering iron handle in your hand and wipe the heated soldering iron head twice on the cleaning block. The tin layer on the top will be as bright as new, and the soldering iron head will be clean. You can solder immediately.
